A million dollar showroom is not always enough to attract potential customers! Design First Builders has one of the nicest facilities of any we’ve seen, but the old and tired building deterred potential clients from entering. That is why Design First consulted with Landmark on updating their signage, and creating vehicle wraps for their fleet.
n order to get maximum exposure, Landmark was entrusted to select the products that would maximize the available signage allotment per the city signage code, and design branding that could be communicated across several channels.
With custom awnings and aluminum signage, we were able to communicate the Design First brand more effectively and capture visibility from two frontage roads. The “mobile billboards” created for their vehicles were also successful in driving traffic to their location. The ROI based exclusively on new customer acquisition had paid back the investment in their new signage within the first 6 months.
